Workfree started with one complaint we kept hearing on both sides of the hiring table: too much noise, not enough signal.

Job seekers were sending out dozens of applications into silence. Employers were wading through hundreds of resumes for roles that needed maybe six good conversations. Neither side was short on effort — the process itself was the problem.

Workfree is built around a simple idea: screen before you send. Every candidate profile is reviewed by a recruiter before it's matched to a role, and every job listing is verified before it goes live. That one filter removes most of the noise on both ends.

We work across 18 cities in India today, covering roles from warehouse supervisors to backend developers, and we're adding new hiring partners every week. The goal isn't to be the biggest job board — it's to be the one where a match actually means something.
